Fantastic Fungi Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to accept returns. Pre-ordered Forager Boxes are fully refundable up to the point of shipment, but cannot be refunded once they are shipped.

If your order arrives damaged or you have a quality concern about a product you received, please contact our team immediately at hi@fantasticfungi.com with details of the issue, and we will work with our partner brands to replace the damaged item(s).
