The mushroom revolution continues, with a complete tran-spore-mation of our product line. We are excited to introduce a new line of 100% organic and vegan capsules — Wake, Protect and Mind that combine high-quality mushroom fruiting bodies with time-honored botanicals. Each capsule was expertly formulated to support a specific area of health and well-being.

Every product that bears the Fantastic Fungi name honors our mission: to harness mushrooms’ extraordinary potential to nourish and promote the well-being of people and the planet. Read on to learn why we decided to offer capsules, what’s inside each formula — and why the packaging is as special as what’s inside.

Why Capsules?

Our Drops have been well-received, but we wanted to offer another way to integrate the benefits of mushrooms into your daily rituals and routines.* Capsules are easy to transport — perfect for maintaining healthy habits away from home — and they are a familiar format.*

Of course, ours are made with integrity and a focus on quality. We included a therapeutic amount of each ingredient, with a focus on mushroom fruiting body extracts. All ingredients are organic, and the capsules are Certified Organic, too.*

Wake Capsules

Wake capsules contain a trio of organic fruiting body mushroom extracts — Lion’s Mane, Chaga and Cordyceps.* They are formulated to support healthy immunity, energy and mental clarity — as well as productivity.*

How to use: Take 2 capsules once per day with food. These were formulated to be part of your morning routine.

Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus) is a tasty nootropic mushroom that supports the brain – including memory, focus and nerve health.* Native to Europe, Asia and North America, Lion’s Mane is a large, shaggy white mushroom that somewhat resembles a brain (and a lion’s mane, of course). In addition to cognitive well-being, Lion’s Mane also supports gut and immune health.*

Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) mushrooms are among the highest sources of natural antioxidants — and they offer potent immune support.* Commonly found on birch trees in cold climates across Eastern Europe and North America, Chaga grows as a sclerotia (canker) on a host tree. It looks more like burned wood than a mushroom (what a clever “disguise”). Traditionally used in Russian herbalism, Chaga offers support against UV exposure.*

Cordyceps (Cordyceps militaris) is an adaptogenic mushroom that promotes stamina, endurance and energy.* Popular among athletes and those who want to maintain an active lifestyle, Cordyceps’ use dates back to imperial China.* In the wild, these orange mushrooms grow on caterpillars, but we only offer products made with cultivated, vegan Cordyceps.

Mind Capsules

Mind capsules contain organic Lion’s Mane fruiting body extract and are designed to support optimal cognitive function, focus and balanced mood.* This formula supports memory and concentration.*

How to use: Take 2 capsules with food once per day. Integrate Mind into your work or study break routine.*

Protect Capsules

Protect capsules contain organic Turkey Tail fruiting body extract and are designed to promote immune health, gut health and liver health.* They support immunity and overall wellness.

How to use: Take 2 capsules with food once per day. Make these a part of your immune-support routine, all year long.*

Turkey Tail (Coriolus versicolor) is the most widely researched mushroom due to its support of the immune system.* These striped mushrooms are used extensively in China and Japan. They get their name from the colorful fans their fruiting bodies form, which resemble the tails of turkeys. Turkey Tails offer antioxidant support and are native to North America, Europe and Asia.
